Just wanted to say that hubby and I have had both of our cars serviced by Paul in the last couple weeks and he did a great job. He fit us in right away, provided quick and friendly service and his prices were very reasonable.

We would highly recommend him and are pleased that we have found a reliable mechanic close to home. :D

He'll be open for business on Saturdays after summer. THat's what Paul told me. He's a family guy, and likes to spend time with his daughter during the summertime.

Free bump for my man Paul, but for a reason.

I needed suspension parts replaced, and when Paul was working on them, the nuts and bolts were so seized that he had to resort to extreme measures to get them off, and inadvertently burned an important rubber component on my car, which was unavoidable by any mechanic. Rather than not say anything, he was honest, showed me what had happened, and said he already called to order the part and that he would replace it for me no charge, and it was done today while entertaining me. The minor issue did not affect the running of the car at all, so very little harm was done, really, but he was so apologetic. It took him about 45 minutes to replace on his own dime, which I felt bad about but he would not even take a cash tip from me. So thanks for that, Paul; in business, problems sometimes happen, but it's how you resolve them that matters most. You are a true leader, a good honest guy, and you inspire me to be a better man. You will get good karma in your business and in life.

BTW, you should get a liquor license and stock beer; your shop is becoming a good meeting place for people on this board. :) I was very happy to meet Brandon & Erin in person today!

Another recommendation for True Tech.
The shop is clean and Paul won't upsell unnecessary repairs.

I got some work done on my Infiniti G35 Coupe from Paul a couple of weeks back. Had the belts changed, transmission/coolant service and a rear differential flush done. Paul's rate was a HUGE difference than the dealership. The car is now both purring like a kitten and roaring like a lion. Perfect timing considering the great weather we are having.

Bump for Paul.

I need muffler work done and in 2 calls he saved me over $100 bucks. He will outsource it for me.

Thanks Paul!

Matt

I took my car to True Tech after I had a flat tire. I also decided to get my oil change while I was there. Their service was excellent and on time. The price that I was quoted by Paul was exactly what I was charged. This business is a real asset to Milton. :D

Sometimes there are good companies out there, and then there are GREAT companies like True Tech Auto Service on Steeles. When Paul takes the time to explain exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and then quotes you a more than fair price to fix it, they have my lifelong commitment as a customer.

Awesome place....A+

+1 for Paul! After all the great things I have read about Paul I brought my car to him this week as my brakes had to be done.

He was able to squeeze me in last minute this week and was very reasonably priced compared to other places that I have been. Paul was very honest and I will continue to bring my car back to Paul!

Thanks for the friendly, fast and great service!
