how did you find out that your wood lily would be a mirror image? Who did you ask? We asked the sales office at the time of signing our agreement which was earlier this month, and they said they didn't know.

Thanks rrknight! I didn't realize that we could get that info from the Town of Milton. I thought only Mattamy could tell us whether our house was going to be a mirror image or not closer to the construction phase.
I will definitely contact the Town for more info now :)

Mattamy was able to tell me that my wood lily was the mirror image...I think it depends on what side of the street you are on.

Absolutely, this is why Mattamy or any another builder in GTA is charging extra for bigger lots, no matter if they are corner lots or not.
If you don't need grass here is plenty of options.
Gazebo, deck, playground and swimming pool. Here are some lots which will have space for all of it. For single family use not for whole condo.
But some people these days only need huge house, they have no glue how to clean snow even on the driveway and frontporch.
I guess Wood Lily with less driveway is just perfect for them. LOL

It looks like they are starting to call phase 5 for exterior colors. I just got called and we are the first to pick. Now this is going to be fun but painful at the same time because we have all package to pick from. :D

You're lucky!

When we got there we weren't allowed to pick our top choices, which was basically what we liked. We then had to choose what we least disliked :(. It's so tough to figure out which one you hate and what you just dislike :).


We can't decide between SS1 or SS2 package that we liked. Which package did you get stuck with?

Which lot did you purchase in 5A? And When did you purchase? I'm curious as to when we will get our call...we bought in Feb and are on lot 147

I'm on lot 85 and we purchased in early Feb. It really depends on who purchased first on your block.

Came back today from picking our exterior colors for Wood Lily C. We picked SS2. Here are the pictures of the 4 packages we had to choose from.

I spoke to the city zoning department in Milton and they said I have to contact Mattamy's planning department. I'm going to try and contact Mattamy's head office to raise this issue. We all should raise this parking issue so that they can push our lot another 2 meter further back to give us the extra car space. :D

OK Wood Lily owners I got a fat NO. They refuse to give me the engineering dept and gave me all the excuses in the world why they can't move our house 2 meter further back. It looks like I hit a dead end on this matter. :(
