Anyone buy a spirit 36', plan 7 house? I wouldn't mind seeing some pics so that I can see what the inside looks like since there are no model homes.

Hi, I wanted to see how the inside of a spirit 36', plan 7 house looks like so if some has pictures please upload :) Also, please advise if the 2nd floor laundry room has a drain. I'm kind of worried about flooding and leakages.

hi ... i personally love the layout of this model ...i bought elevation D ..which elevation you have .

My friend has the elevation F. They did a great job with the upgrade. It's very practical layout, well use of the space.

Thank you, rrknight!! At least now I can visualize my house. I also bought elevation F. Closing is April 2013. Do you know anything about a drain in the 2nd floor laundry room in case of a leak??

No, there wasn't a drain on the 2nd floor laundry room.

Did you make any changes to the mainfloor? I chose the island for the kitchen cause I wasn't too impressed with where the sink was in the standard, with water spilling all over and down. I also moved the door from the den to the greatroom!!
