 Post subject: Sterling basement renos

Hi all - My wife and I are in a Sterling model home and are planning to get the basement done up. Was wondering if other Sterling owners could kindly share information and pics of the kind of things they've done when developing the basement. The Sterling basement has an odd shape with not a lot of space under the existing stairs or for the bathroom rough-in at end of the stairs The rest is pretty spacious except for where the Sum Pump and Furnance are. :) Thanks in advance. - J&J
