Hi All,

We just bought an Underwood. Given that it is a new model that was just released last May we tried looking for one that is even half built in phase one but no luck!! Wonder if there are any Underwood owners here and what you guys think of the kitchen size and stairs location?

General question for everyone, do new models sell less for any valid reason??!?

I also purchased the Underwood. Me and my wife thought this house had the most logical layout with us making very minimal changes.

The wife and I just purchased an Underwood CM, close Oct 2017.

Agree with your comments, it seemed to be one of the most logical setups without the need to upgrade.

Would love to see pictures for sure.

Has anyone who purchased the underwood model received their design book yet? I'd be interested to know some prices as I'm still waiting for mine.

Yes, I have mine now. Things that I found annoying with it was that they provided "Options" that were not actually available for our model. I.e. French Doors and the Grande Kitchen upgrade. (We won't be able to have built in ovens).
