Hi everyone,
we are also new purchasers of spirit 34 plan 3. We actually visited the site on Sunday and looked at Phase 5B models. We saw one that looked exactly like our plan (5B lot # 2) from outside including inside layout from what we can see. And from outside it looked really small inside looking though all the windows. It doesn't look like 1600 sq feet.*we are hoping it wasn't it*

Can anyone confirm this ? just curious if anyone has seen this aswell

thanks :)

Hey Chris&Ashley,

We also bought a plan 3 and have seem a couple of them coming up and they don't seem to be too small (or small at all)... of course everything is relative... coming from a 700 sqr foot condo in the city...

when looking inside these houses, the ones with the 9ft ceilings give the impression of looking significantly bigger in sqr feet

Hi Jharoun,

thanks for the reply.

We are actually living in a condo aswell(755sq feet) in toronto and with 2 young kids(6&2), the condo was getting too small as they are growing up..they need more running space.. haha :)
We only got a chance to look at 1 because my youngest son didn't want to be carried anymore and wanted to play in the mud.

when we were looking through the windows, it looked small..living room/kitchen/dining at the front too cramped.

Hopefully actually being inside makes it bigger. I guess I have to wait till October

Do you know if the previous phases(especially 5B) are exactly the same? or did they change?

We are actually very pleased with the living space, it is more than enough room for us. Once you step into your house complete I'm sure you will not find the home small.
What street/house in Phase 5B were you looking at? Perhaps, you were looking at a 34' Plan 2 home.

Hi Marco and stephanie,

We were looking at phase 5B lot #2. It looked exactly like our house on the outside and when were peeking through the window the layout looked the same.
We like the look of the house, size, etc. it's just sometimes hard to see something just by going through a floorplan.
We didn't get a chance to look around for any more simular plans because my younger son was cranky and didn't want to be held and wanted to play in the mud. :)

We'll try again some other time
do you mind next time we're in the neighbourhood to see your house to compare with 5B Lot#2? or if not if you know of simular lots
Thanks :)

Anyone know if a King mattress will fit up the stairs in the spirit plan 3 model with 8 ft ceilings?

Thanks

Thanks, I appreciate the info, the only problem is that we're more worried about the clearance up the stairs (the ceiling is not as high there). Has anyone tried to put a King up the stairs of this particular model

There was a construction worker there working on my neighbour's house, he was nice enough to go through the basement window and open the front door for us.
