Erica,
We don't have this in our home. It's just one space for the walk in. Hope they are able to do something about yours.

Hi Everyone,

Wondering if anyone else has noticed this in their home....I was walking around on the 2nd floor today and noticed that it looks like they have framed the laundry room on my 2nd floor!! I paid to have this moved to the basement and get a bigger walk-in! There is even a door in the hallway to where you would enter the laundry if it was indeed part of your 2nd floor :?

I have emailed Sue and Dean about this and sent them pictures as well. Has anyone else with a Spirit 36" plan 4 noticed this (if you indeed did choose the option to relocate the laundry)??

The only strange thing is that there is no plumbing for where a washer would go and all of the plumbing in the house is in. There are definitely 2 distinct spaces though....not good :(

Hey Erica,

Any luck with the closet issue? We peaked into your house on the weekend and it looks great! Can't wait to see it with drywall!

Thanks so much. We can't believe that a year is here already.
@monakiki, yes the ceilings make it look more spacious than we expected. We went with TS18 or TS19 for our brick.

@HVE10 We went with portbello for our interior paint.

Thank you!!!

It looks like we picked the same colours in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Are the cupboards that are in your kitchen the included line? They look great! I am assuming by the pics that you got the executive package. That is what we picked and it looks great. What colour are the tiles on your main floor?

Sorry for the 100 questions!

Durden,
The color of the countertop in the master ensuite is Natural Canvas

Sawna and Phil, we did go with the exectuive package and the kitchen cabinets are the standard viking 3 ones. The tiles on the main floor are olympia arizona noce.

Shawna & Phil, your house looks amazing! Thanks for posting these pics, we're dying 'cause we don't close til September!! It's nice to see how things actually look. If you don't mind me asking, what cabinets did you choose for your kitchen? They're beautiful!
I'm SOOO jealous of the glass shower enclosure....and that you got rid of your kneewall. I peeked into one plan 4 and couldn't believe how huge the kneewalls are! Wish we got rid of them!! :?

Hi Leeanne and Nino,

Thank you! We are very happy with the way that everything is turning out!

Our kitchen cabinets are from Cartier and they are the upgraded Line 3 Malibu Maple in the Wenge colour. We did the same cabinets for the ensuite and the spare bathroom as well.

Let me know if there are any other pictures that you want to see and I can email them to you.

Shawna

If you didn't do an energy star, then yes you get the bulbs only.
