Everything was such a rush with Mattamy I didn't even notice. Part of their tactics I'm sure. Lol

Cool pics, did they let you deviate from the floor plans because I don't see a master retreat or his/her walk in's on the floor plans provided by Mattamy on their website?

Although I was wondering if the kitchen is a diffrent floor plan that I haven't seen because I've only seen 2 kitchen layouts and they both have the window over the sink closer to the inside wall then the patio door. Is there another layout, or was this something you asked for snowberry?

When we got our book from Mattamy with all the options we had a PPO#2. Which was and option to move the window to the end (this would add a chefs desk.) We made a couple of other changes like removing the chefs desk to add extra cabinet space and relocating the sink to the island with the dishwasher.

When we said we wanted the PPO#2 they said they didn't offer it anymore...I told them that's the one I wanted & it's an optionin my book. From what I understand some people had it in their books and some people didn't.

Snowberry do you mind telling me how much it cost for the barell arches? I love the way the look!!

They charged $544 for both. They could have also put one around the entrance to the kitchen but I didn't like the fact that it wouldn't be as rounded as the hallway. It's more of a flat arch.

Cool. I'm enjoying the pics. That kitchen window and window at the stairs going the second floor really must brighten the place up. Looking forward to more interior pics.

Well our home is closing next week and we are very excited! I'll take pictures this weekend and try and post them here. Our Snowberry is on Savoline Blvd., lot 44. All the Snowberry pictures are beautiful! Congratulations!

Is your Snowberry the one with the sage stucco? We drove by on the week-end and seen it almost complete. If it's yours...looks amazing, if not congrats to the home owners.

Hi Folks.

Just out of curiosity for all those who have closed their homes; did your homes close on time? Thank you all for sharing these lovely pictures of your homes with us.

Cheers...
