My husband contacted the builder today to ask why they have not started on our foundation yet and he told us to expect delays. We are suppose to close April 14th but definitely not closing on that day. We are hoping it won't be any longer then one month. We haven't received any official notice yet but he told us verbally, that there will be a delay.

i also got an email today, we were suppose to close April 13th but it's been delayed a month till May.
