mzzy's lot had the materials for framing so I'm guess it'll happen soon (like dball said, probably this week). We just came back from the site and our house and mzzy's just has foundation walls. mzzy's has dirt filled in the garage and the porch. You can see the gravel over the weeping tile in ours!

Just wondering if there are any more latest pictures of our beautiful RF (not posted here). Also are you guys a little concerned about the passage to MBR? Will it be a dark narrow passage? Can't wait to se the first RF built :D

mzzy it looks like they still have a lot to do. Are you concerned at all that they might rush things?

Mzzy your lucky you have someone who knows what to look for. I'm just going to go with previous experience and hope all goes well. But I still have a ways to go. My husband is pretty good with these things he used to work in residential, still does from time to time.

I've seen the pics you've posted. Very nice. My husband and I were looking at this model as well but the White Pine seem to be a better fit for us being a family of six and a cat you need all the space you can get.

We asked if we could upgrade the second floor to 9' ceilings and were told we couldn't do it. I think 43' homes had this option.
