No there was no solution to the rail problem. They said it is normal and that is how they are.......
They said it can't be changed as that is the only way they can be done.

Strange. Anyway I guess us Wood Lily'ers are stuck with them. It's funny, we don't notice the bumps anymore so they can't be that bad. The rail definitely would look better straight and curved without the bumps.

If you can make it look any better, then you would be a millionaire. You could sell it to the stair companies. There is nothing you can do. It is what it is.
