A forum of pictures and/or questions regarding the Green Brier elev B model General info on Elev B: sq footage is 2594 (I checked with head office and this is correct, elev A is 2581) sq footage with ext. master bedroom upgrade - 2631 In the living room, there is a high ceiling (13 ft) * note with ext. master bedroom upgrade, you get an additional 37 sq ft and the back exterior windows are not covered with vinyl, they will now be covered with brick if this upgrade is selected. also have the option of having a loft in lieu of bedroom 2 also have the option of having a master retreat in lieu of bedroom 4 |

Check this out, this person is selling one of mattamy design consultant's house (Colette). She sold it 2 years ago and now it's on the market for alot more.
