Gotcha. We have a Plan 3 Corner Rearlane and ran into the same issue. We paid one price for the Oak staircase upgrade but had to pay per flight for the stain. It was a little less than our price guide said it would be though by a couple hundred dollars or so. Can't remember why but we are very happy with the result. The headache to do them all ourselves just wasn't worth it.
