Hi there,

Did anyone buy the 36' Plan 13? Are there any pics for this model? I tried searching but I didn't see any. How do the stairs look? And doe sthe dining room look really small?

Plan 12 is similar to Woodlily. Plan 13 is similar to Royal Fern.

That is what I was thinking, but I am not sure how the staircase open to above will look. Is there another model that has this?

It was starting at $425,990 Dec '10 for the no brick version and went up from there.

I think the Plan 13 is the same as the Plan 10 in Brampton, so there may be some built up there.

Living room/dining room/kitchen are similar, but it's a pretty different model.

Anyway, it appears as if Mattamy has removed Plan 13 from the Milton spirit 36' lot brochure online, so it might not be an option anyway!

Thanks for all the info. If people bring chocolate I may start hosting tours when ours is ready in July. :D

I wonder why they took it off the brochure and why it is not as popular.
