does anyone know when the first 34 spirit plan 3 elevation C house will be closing, and what street will it be on... Thanks

We purchased a 34' Plan 3C Spirit Home in 5B.
We were to close January 19th but have been delayed to our 2nd Tentative Closing date of March 18th.

I believe most January closings have been delayed.

Thanks! The houses next to me already had their windows and doors, so I wonder if I got mine this week. I will probably swing by on the weekend to check it out.

Here is the Sous Kitchen Package.
Disappointed that there isn't a lot of cabinet space.

Hi Saimam!

Thanks!
To be honest with you I can't remember. It was so long ago when we picked out everything. I know for sure they are from the Cartier Collection.

Hi Sunshine10!

Thanks! We are so happy with the way the stairs turned out.
I can remember the colour because we just bought our hardwood on the weekend and had a sample.
The colour is Bruce Natural Choice Walnut on an Oak staircase.
