Hi Armsden, The one house is mine. The house with the finished theatre room. We are moving out in a few weeks and absolutely loved our house. What elevation did you get? Congrats with your purchase and I am sure you will love it. (my husband finished the basement himself and it makes that much more space in your house). |

I also really like how you set up your living/dining space. |

Hey Guys, Thanks so much for the compliments. I would 100% recommend getting the sous package. We got a counter depth fridge that fit perfectly in the space and was flush with the cupboards above. We are doing the same thing for our new house also. A lot of people with the bolton choose to have one big family room. We choose to put in the dinning room so the area looks that much bigger. On holidays when we had a lot of people over we would turn our table the other way and still managed to get 15 people around it. Thanks again, and if you have any questions please don't hesitate. My husband always dreamed of having a home theatre, that was his first attempt at finishing a basement and it only took him 3 months to do it (by himself also). It turned out amazing and we loved having it. |
