Hi there, Mattamy is releasing another phase of hawthorne on the park (spirit) in August 2011, but have no idea what the prices were from the last phase..lol.. can someone please let me know what plan 3, 43' lot, was last phase? thanks so much. If you have pics as well, I'd love to see them! Thanks |

Just curious, how did you find out it would be an august release? The wouldnt get any more specific than "summer Release" when I asked at the sales centre. Someone shared this link with me. I believe the prices posted here went up by 5k. http://www.hawthornevillager.com/phpbb/ ... &start=600 |

The Sept. 19, 2010 prices were also more than the August 28th prices. They went up by some amount almost every batch that was released. |

They told us at the sales center the release would be in August. That place seems very shady to me, someone tells you something different all the time.. because they claim that they know nothing.. |
