I have the same unit (closing may 2013) and I have the TV wall mounted on the wall attached to the neighbors (behind). My room will have to be setup with the couch blocking the dining room.

I'm actually just browsing for floor planning apps on my ipad as I prepare to arrange how furniture will look.

From looking at this photo I would place my tv in the wall where the sofa is now.

Then I would place the sofa in front of that window, I would use spacers (at the sofa feet) to keep the sofa off the wall about 2 or 3 inches
Coffee table in same spot, and I would purchase 2 nice occational chairs to place where the love seat is.
Use an area rug to pull everything together

Something like the photo below but the TV would be where the patio doors are

If you don't like the two chair idea, I think a skinny chaise would look a nice. The no back might give an open up feeling into the next room
