Jeff Dee,

Thanks again for sharing the pics. Where is this house being built? We can go and check it out

Btw we r looking at the pics and it looks more like Lancaster model than windmere. Both windmere and Lancaster elevation f looks same. However if u look closely to the side of the house it's abit shorter than windmere.

Hi mu2013, we moved into our Windmere in November 2014 (Hawthorne Village North) and love it. I've attached 3 interior photos for you, 2 of our kitchen and one of the computer nook. We opted to keep that second floor area right by the landing.

Let me know if there were any specific interior shots that you wanted to see.

Hi HRodrigues, what upgrades didn't we do....lol. Mattamy definitely knows how to get you.

We upgraded to the Executive kitchen, upgrades done by Mattamy included cabinets, different stain on the island, faux doors around the island, upgraded hood fan and hardwood throughout. The quartz countertop, faucet and sink were completed after we moved in as the prices Mattamy was charging were ridiculous.

The island pendents are from Pottery Barn and the dinette lighting is from a store on Dundas in Mississauga...can't remember the name, sorry. My husband installed the light fixtures.
