Does anyone have anymore pics of the Springdale? We bought a Woodbine, elevation B, which I believe used to be called the Springdale.

Thank you Reg! :) Your place looks awesome!

We took a drive around HV yesterday around 1pm-ish. Were you the guy who we talked to, outside of a Springdale? lol

That wasn't me you talked to. If you see me on Deverell do say hello.

I can't remember the name of the cabinet colour. The floors are earth stain and Bruce sounds familiar.

The counter is real granite and I should have went all out and got the in counter sink. As far as it's location I like it now, but I've yet to get stools at he counter, so my opinion may change. Also, just while I'm thinking of it I regret not getting the angled tiles.

Thanks for the pics Reg! Your place is stunning! Excellent choices!
Did you do all the upgrades through Mattamy, or did you have an outside contractor do them after closing?

Would you be able to post pics of the bathroom?

Thanks again! :)

We REALLY want the granite but don't want to pay the 5k I believe they're asking. Under mounted sinks are beautiful!

Your place looks amazing ... great choice of everything.

Do you know if they offer a raised breakfast bar for the village homes?

Mattamy done everything you see. I can't really get good pics of the bathrooms without a wide lens. I'll shoot a few and hope for the best...

Useless den/foyer that's freeing cold. I have no idea what to do with this area of the house. Suggestions are welcome.

i second that, i figure you can make it a nice little sitting area, maybe a couple high back chairs, or a bench for when you come in to take off shoes, etc.
