Hi justagirl,

I have NO idea why I wrote Wood Lily because I have Juneberry on the main page!

Sorry about that! I'll go add the elevation as well. Great choice by the way :D

Hello Vista home owners
I was there this last saturday riding around in the neighbourhood with another motorcyclist. I noticed that there are now more heaps of sand/dirt and heavy machineries on the site. Also noticed some more sticks on the ground. When I was there a CN rail went by and folks it was pretty loud. Wonder if they are putting up some kind of sound barrier!

They will put up a sound barrier, they are forced to by the town. Besides, when the homes and trees go up, you will not here it, (very little if you do). For the people that live by the tracks, your body and hearing will adjust to the sound of the train. After a while you will not here the train when you sleep, and in the day, it schedules your day. You know it 2:00pm because the train went by...

No fear the vista will be beautiful, full of children's laughter and birds chirping as neighbors gossip about each other. Opps did I say that... lol

We were up at the site this morning and popped into the sales office. It was busy. The new lots released are not in the Vista but they are around Yates and Holly Roads - Coates Crossing II. I did not see any 50ft detached but there were a few 34 and 36 ft homes.

Hi Cookiepaws!

I've added you to the list! Are they selling different models now in Vista as well? I know that the Quincy corner was not an option when we purchased. I'm going to have to look it up :) What elevation did you purchase?

Does anyone know how they build a phase or street. Our closing date is in July 2009 but everyone else we have made contact with on our street is closing in 2010??
Is this normal

Sometimes they release only 1/2 the street. In the next phase/new release they release the other 1/2. This is why closing dates are so far apart.
They will probably clean up your 1/2 of the street and lay grass sidewalks and curbs along both sides. Clean it up, so it looks like a neighborhood. Construction will continue down the street.
The tractors and dump trucks will be instructed to use the end of the street as an entrance, thus minimizing dust and dirt.
