Hi Guys,
I popped in to the Sales Centre tonight. This probably pales in comparison to the return for those who waited in line, but our model (Lyndhurst A) has gone up 26k since last September. Great news, and very timely as we're in the packing crunch and dealing with a 5 week delay.

A couple of other interesting tidbits - they are renovating all models and have already started on the Powell. There are plans for a gas station at Derry & Thompson.

Derek/Ruvani, I have the price list for 46' only.

I'm out of town and can't stop by the sales office for a bit...

Did the floorplans change for Phase 14? Exteriors? Or is it just simply pricing?
