They are suppost to be Conservatory Group. They typically build most of their homes, then sell them.Leaving you the opportunity to pick the interior choices still.
They are not Mattamy that I know for sure.

ahh... i was wondering when they were finally going to release lots. for those who are not aware, the Conservatory Group is the developer that has caused the 2 year delay of the #4 elementary school (Coates PH14 neighborhood)

now i know where to set up my piket line :wink:
