We are in the same boat as we have exact same problem. Any light on this issue would be greatly appreciated. I keep the temperature at 75deg, but still the floors are cold, and the room above the garage is super cold.

We have the same problem.

Were going to end up insulating above the garage with R-40 as well as insulating the garage itself.

Look at the home inspection - the insulation is bare minimum and with the rebates from the gov't its hard to resist.

Insulating the duct work isnt a bad idea either.
