Hmm i'm not sure of the cost on that but I do know that there is an Upland thread in the model specific part of the board so you might want to check that thread and see if it has been discussed there.

We just had our DC appointment this afternoon and to upgrade to a double sink in the ensuite in our model (Woodlily A) was $636 - which included an extra light fixture above the second sink & an extra electrical outlet. Hope this gives you an idea.

Hi LesleyRichard!

Well we went in thinking we wanted package TS-12 (San Antonio I think?) and ended up leaving with TS-14 (Old Woodward). We had a couple of selections mixed up in our heads so we were sent to see a direct example of TS-14 and we knew that was the one although it's not completely done yet but our elevation of home is 95% brick so we got a really good impression of what it will look like.

The colour is a reddish-brown brick which will be fairly dark but I think it will look really sharp with the stone and stucco. :D I'll try to add a picture of it soon.

Good luck tomorrow! And let us know what you decide on.

So exciting!
Ill have to take a look at the one you chose.

Richard and I have no idea what we are looking for, light or dark. haha. So, we are going into it with a pretty blank slate. Our house is mostly aluminum siding, so it will be interesting to see if we get sent to look at houses that will be similar to ours.

Hi Milo! Oh I forgot to ask about the house being site built versus factory built so that's great to know. We prefer for ours to be site built.

We were in the sales centre twice yesterday. The 3 of us were there around 11:30 initially but then Andrea gave us some info to go look at another brick selection so we did that early afternoon and if I recall correctly it may have been around 2 pm but it was just me that went in the second time because our son had fallen asleep in the truck. I did have our Juneberry floor plan with me so we may have crossed paths :D

We're selecting our exterior tomorrow if anyone else has the ABS selections let me know and we'll see if we can post some photos or at least a link (of the brick on the houses)

Forgot to mention that our address is 443 Pringle Avenue. It's pretty easy to remember.

Also, most of the houses in Vista will be site built. Andrea said that only some houses on Tremaine and Derry are built in the factory. I don't really care if it's a factory built or a site built, but I think my bf was a bit disappointed that it will be a site built.

Don't be disappointed about your house being site built. Matamy has had big problems with the factory built homes. so much that the factory was shut down at one point. The guys working in the factory are tno the same guys working on site. they are paid at cheaper rates and are forced to rush out homes. it takes about 10 days for 1 home to be built. 1 leaves every day

Hey Everyone!

So, we picked our exterior. Went with ABS-1, with the black roof, window panels and doors and have a dark brown siding with red brick. The majority of our house is siding, in fact, almost all of it... I think it will looks great. We chose the darkest of the selections. Pretty happy with it.

We just got back from the Sales Centre. We picked the ABS-1 as well! I thought the siding is dark green?

We went to the sales center to pick our brick too. We choose TS-14. It's a dark red color. There was lots of packages to choose from, I'm sure everyone will find something they like. :D

Justagirl it looks like we're going to have identical houses (on the outside anyway!) Great choice. We're very excited to see how TS-14 will look on our particular model. Did you see the Shadebush on Kelman Court that has TS-14?

That's funny, I guess we have the same taste. Maybe I'll take you to the design center with me! LOL I'm totally lost on cabinet selections. I'm not sure what I want. I'm sure it'll all fall in place.
We did pick our color from a home on Kelmar not sure if it was a Shadebush or not. We found the brick really nice but a little dark. We figure with the accent brick with the kinda stucco stuff will lighten it a little. It was also raining when we made our selection, I'm sure the rain made it darker then it usually would look.
