I am I am!!! Hi Trish! We've never met personally but i've been on your site many times and driven by your home since we are on the same street.

Actually on Saturday your boyfriend was going for a walk to the mailboxes and stopped to chat for a few minutes with my hubby who was putting up the garland on our pillars! Hubby said Nick was very nice!

I hope that we finally meet up one of these days!! :)

Hi Trish,

I'll soon be moving into Gazley Circle. My place ended up being delayed by a couple of months because it was selected as a firelot. I close on Wed Dec 1 and everything is good so far. I'm looking forward to getting moved in as long as the weather clears up a bit :)

I'm at 808 Gazley. It's looked like its been done for a few months (at least the outside). It's the 2nd or third semi on gazley when you go left. LakePoint with red brick. Everyone around me moved in Oct I think.

We are from phase 11 but we are over one street on Sheperd Place. We are not closing until June 05.

I guess by the time I am in everyone else will be finished. They actually tried to move the date UP by month!!

I'm pretty excited about closing. I did all my closing and paper signing this week with the lawyer. I had my pdi last week so every thing is good. I didn't find anything major on the pdi but I'm still going to hire an inspector for my 30 day just for peace of mind. Now I'm just hoping that my move goes smoothly since I'm going with the wonders of u-haul. ha This hopefully will be my final move for a while. I've lived in lots of different places but looking forward to planting some roots for a while. I do know where your place is as I have visited your website before (found it to be very helpful).

It's neat to see some people on this site who are on the same street or in the general vicinity. Ryan I think that my hubby and I met you a long time ago before we moved in. You are in the semi right beside ours. You must be really happy about closing in a couple of days!! My brother and his wife are closing December 1/04 in a brand new Mattamy home but in the Brampton subdvision.

Good luck with the move and welcome to the neighbourhood!

I think the block party is a good idea. I've been to some in the past and they are always a good time. Are you thinking of having it in the summer? I'd be willing to help out.

Hi Trish,

The move was pretty smooth. Even the whole uhaul experience was good. I decided this time around I'd do it over a few days. I took Wed, Thurs and Fri off and most of my stuff was moved and unpacked by Friday afternoon. The only hard thing about the move was getting the heavy washer in the basement (probably shouldn't of waited to move it last) :) Some friends came to help then we went out Friday night in Milton. So far I'm loving the place and I'm quite happy. Mattamy has been pretty quick to fix any issues and has been quite helpful. I'll have to stop by some time to say hi.
