Welcome to the forum werkings! I believe we met driving through the new neighbourhood a few months ago- we are backyard neighbours (lot 90).

I wouldn't be suspecting a delay, I believe that they have already all been done. Sorry to hear that your tile selection was upgraded- that seems really odd.

On the changes we got the same story. I guess many years ago they were more flexible with customer requested changes. We all but begged to no avail, all we wanted was a freestanding closet deleted (so it would have been easier to not build it than to build it) but no can do.

Well, it's quite early: we have a foundation (they started work on March 25) and the house is scheduled to be completed on July 23 so I wasn't expecting an invite yet and it is for our phase so invitations have been mailed out... hoping to meet lots of you there.

Congrats Buttafly on the new addition to the family and to Wettlaufer Terrace!

Welcome to all the new Vista purchasers - Werkings, BrownEyedGirl, Steph and Sean.

We did not make it up to the site this weekend but hopefully in a few weeks. Feel free to post pics of the progress so we can all follow along!

No Mattamy U invite yet but our closing is far away so we may not get in on this one. Let us know how it goes and be sure to let people know about this forum so we can all chat and get to know each other better...... and of course, share ideas and experiences.

ahh. im so behind now! haha.

HI EVERYONE!!! (welcome all newcommers)

So, Richard and I recieved our mattamy university invite for april 29th. Too excited to meet you all!

We were down at the site over the weekend. Some houses already being built and some foundation pourded along pringle and gooch cres. Hoping when we go this weekend there will be some progress to our site! We got tricked, 2 weeks ago we had a hole dug, and then we went back last weekend and it was filled back up!!! lol :( ERG! As soon as I thought we were making some serious headway! lol.

Anyways! Cant wait to see you all on Wednesday next week!

umm.... lol. not sure of the lots exactly, closing to the east of pringle! hope this helps.... :S we are lot 139... and then were probably about 5 lots over to the east. maybe about 4 of them were started!

We are lot 141 on Pringle, but we were delayed from July to October, so I was just curious if it is near our lot. I'm going to go check it out this weekend, so I will know for sure.
