It's nice to meet you too. We bought April 15th I think. We asked what was being built across the street and I was told they are going to be detached homes as well. No townhomes, since the area tends to be a more expensive area..being all detached homes.

They didn't tell me when they would be building across the street...but I would imagine its the next phase so maybe theyll put them on sale once our area all sells...but I dont know.

We are getting married this August so its only like 4 months away now. When are you getting married P & K?

I dont think we get to pick for a while. Our salesperson said we get to pick interior stuff first and that would be around August. Then we would pick bricks afterwards...but that could be because every lot around us was sold before us so they get to pick first.

Any word about brick selection? I heard we get our upgrade package 10 months prior to closing from the DC.

I was at the sales centre today and they released more lots. There are a bunch on the other side of our street for sale now. They are all 34' and 43' lots - detached.

Snowy, since we are right next door and you were there recently, do you know if they put any of these in front of OUR lot? (lot 277)

I'm pretty sure there wasn't anything on your lot either. :D
