Hello to everyone,

I was just at my lot today. The entire east side of my house has been bricked. They have started bricking the west side of the house. However, I noticed that for some reason they have cut out a strip of that pink exterior codebord insullation. The strip runs straight to the roof. The soft interior insullation is exposed as a result and was actually soaking (dripping) wet in spots due to the heavy rain. Given that they have started bricking that side of the house I get the impression that unless I speak up that they are not going to fix the insullation problem, that they are just going to brick over that strip that they have cut out. Long story short, I'm looking for the phone number for the 5A construction trailer and hoped someone on the forum had it. Of course no one at the design centre OR the sales office had it.

Any help is appreciated,

Kevin

Hi, thanks for the number. I left a message (although the voice mail said I had reached the construction trailer for Phase 3) and I'll be calling again bright and early tomorrow morning.

Thanks for the email address. I spoke to someone there this morning who put a stop to the bricking until the problem was fixed. I've included a before and after picture. You mentioned you had some holes that were fixed. I would say this was more than a hole

Here's the fix, which wasn't the greatest job I've ever seen.

Our house was built in the factory so the guy at the Trailer also directed me to someone in charge who I hoped would be able to explain why that was cut out. He could not give me any explaination however, which I find rather alarming. He actually tried to say it may have been the wind.
