Finally...at least they did some cleaning up! Rob, we might show up on the 4th (I believe it's the 4th, not the 8th). Maiya should be in bed by 8pm anyway, but not quite sure yet because Joel is working that day, we'll see if he can get off work a little earlier.

Woops.. you are correct.. I keep mixing it up with another appointment.. ya the 4th.... Think it's early though... Jen was saying something about it being at 6:45... We're splitting up, I think I'm going and she's staying with the kids, but that may or may not change... kids make committing to anything almost impossible ;-) As I'm sure you already know so maybe we'll see each other there ;-)

RobB & Apes - Take the kids alot of ppl did yesterday ... made the presentation a lot more entertaining!!! Or it scared the couples with no kids yet to not having any soon! LOL

fitdiculous - re. Mattamy I don't think you really missed much. With a little homework you can find out all that was talked about. Re. the brick choices I think they're going through lot by lot based on date bought. So not sure who's around you that has or hasn't chosen yet.

ahahahahahahahahaha ya you know once you get kids of your own you forget how terrifying other peoples kids are... you just focus on keeping yours from being "those kids" ;-)

Judging on his fidiculous's counter he's closing a month or so after us.. and all our choices were made in January and paid off in March.. so I might be concerned if I was in his shoes not to have heard anything ;-)

I had my PDI Wednesday. I still didn't have kitchen counters or bathroom sinks, but it's supposed to be complete for closing tomorrow.

The streets and our yards are still a ridiculous mess. I'm sure it will be this way for the rest of the summer judging by how my friends place looks on Speyer Circle (and he moved in January).

You can pretty well count on that given that they got SOME people's houses to build still.... *looks up and whistles innocently*

I'm glad one of us is whistling. I closed today with NO kitchen counters and NO bathroom sinks. Come on over for that BBQ, I'll be preparing the food in the shower; Kramer style!!!

Reg,
That is brutal. I didn't think you could close with no running water. If you have no sinks then uuummmm! :?
Did they at least give you an idea when it would be installed? :x

Hi Rob,

Yes I did it on Friday morning. It went well for the most part. I can't say I was disappointed in to much. There were a few major things mainly with the exterior of the house. They still need to finish my balcony and the railings. They have locked me out of the balcony since it is not done and the jecuzzid didn't work. Those were some of the things that were wrong.

I am set to close tomorrow.
