You know Rob,
I think that since they are closing in September now, you are probably okay. You just will all close around the same time. They builders usually build in a few extra days into their schedule for some wiggle room.


It's just kind of amusing to me because we wanted the delay and didn't get it, and the others got it instead... How's life on the Gate Ms Andrea? Noisy and dusty?? ;-)

And here we were so excited too, the fam and I were at the site today .... they've begun to lay foundation on the detached homes ... I wonder why the delay???

I didn't really have a decent camera .... Andrea if we beg can you climb the Magurn dirt hill and take pics for us??? LOL

I am sorry to say I haven't gone up the magurn dirt hill. It is just too muddy right now. I will go up the hill when it is dry. Please hang in there the pictures will come soon :D

We got the "other" letter this week ;-) Took a drive to the site yesterday, looks like they're moving onto foundations from the footprints... as you could probably tell from Kozm's pix... hopefully things will really kick into high gear after that :)

So now that they have started to build your homes, it is time to start packing your things in anticipation for your move. To that end I have a ton of boxes available if you need any. If you are up at the site and are in need of them please drop by or send me a pm if you want them and I will put them aside for you. They will go to the first person I hear from.

that's super nice of you Andrea... I haven't even thought of packing yet :P

how's life in the new house?? Sharon and I were up there Sunday to check things out and there still a lot of dirt/mud :shock: I can only imagine when it's raining.... the community is starting to come around though!

Actually, the shots are of both sides; I did not have the time to mark the lot numbers, as it was about to rain, but quite a few lots show some action - you may want to check it out...

The south side had the footprints laid and they had started pouring foundations when we were there Sunday.. I would imagine they'll all be laid by this weekend...They looked like this:

we never got an invitation in the mail, but we emailed Kelly Spencer and she told us just to come... to confirm though, in the email she mentioned the address was 985 Syscon Road, at the Hilton Garden Inn. The address is actually 975, but is it held in a specific conference room? or a party room that we're supposed to go to?
