Hi there,

We will be moving into that neighborhood, living on Marshall Cresent, and on Lot #20. We're getting a 4 Bedroom Mayberry and are picking our bricks this weekend.

Laurie

Hi,

We're right on Mc Neil Drive's "elbow" (lot 74). Welcome to the neighbourhood!

Are we expecting to pick brick colours soon too? :) Has the time finally come to do more for our house? I've been on the website so often lately, not quite sure what info I should be paying attention to. I'm sure Rick's, buildinghomes.com's, magellan's, Catherine B.'s and so many others' infos and advice are going to prove valuable in 6 month's time, but I'm not looking forward to having to sort through it all.

Is anyone else feeling the same kind of thing?

Marc

Sorry buildinghomes.CA. You know I value your contributions, but just am having trouble focussing on things this time of year.

Hi Nancy and Cory, long time no chat, eh? Let's hope that the fact that Laurie and Dave, as well as Frank (and others) have been contacted for their brick colour means that we're on our way to being called as well.

Anyone know what shades the stucco comes in? My house has a combo of stucco and brick.... wonder if they pre-select the combinations?

hmm... are the brick colour combinations at the design centre? would like to check it out!

We were at the sales office today and we picked our brick color
(yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

We had the choice between 12 combinations of pre-selected colors
(siding, brick, roof, shutters, etc)

You can go at the sales office and preview them before your appointment,
just make sure you tell them your model because that affect the combinations your allowed to pick from (we are BSS).

Hi Sandra,
Congrats. We were there on the weekend as well and ran into Frank and Angela, Andy, and a few others. We were luckily also able to choose between the 12 combos of the BBS series. (Model A - Huxley)

A note of caution for everyone else: to elaborate on what Sandra said... ask about your model. Different models of the same house have different combos to pick from. For example, I believe Model D Huxley is in the VS or CS series of brick/siding combinations.

The ladies at the sales office were extremely good and attentive at explaining it and even spent some time showing us photos and houses in sight of the sales office with the colours we are considering.

Also, we found it helpful to drive through the neighboorhood and jot down lot numbers of phase 11 to ask the office people what combinations they were that we liked in the neighbourhood.

Can't wait for our appointment (should be soon)!
