The link doesn't work anymore for the Dymott Sandcliffe Corner... so I am guessing it sold!

Wow!

There's a sign on it saying it sold in 4 days

Hi michanda - If your looking for pictures of that SC Corner here you go
http://www.hawthornevillager.com/phpbb/ ... hp?t=11491

All - If you're wondering yes it was listed for under a week and sold for $386K.

Also check this Brentrock for sale right now:
http://www.realtor.ca/propertyDetails.a ... Id=8546716

Yes you saw that right $419K!!!

Cheers,
T

Wowie...we were talking about this last night in the lane.. Jen and I were working on getting our house insurance and they valued the house at 420k which I thought was insane... Evidently not...

BALLER!

I hope our house will retain value or even appreciate like that one did. Upgrades they did were very tasteful. Landscaping to boot too!

Hi Neighbors,

The MLS URL for the Harris bay does not work. Can anybody tell us the lot no or the address for that property? Ours is a Harris Bay, so we are very curious to see what kind of upgrades they did.

It was great meeting Jen the other day.

Thank you for the warm welcome to the forum.

Tuli

Anymore new neighbours?

Thanks to Amanda and Michele. Our expected closing is on end of Nov.

Looks like it is already sold, as the listing is gone. Ours is a Harris Bay as well, so we like the speed...From what I remember, they had hardwood floors, granite countertops, glass showers, and the fireplace.

thx for the info. But i think that’s not a Harris bay which is sold with in 4 days. That’s a Sandcliffe Corner - Elevation A almost looks like HB elevation A. But it is bigger than HB and it has 2 entrances.
Over all we r very happy to know that this type of houses are doing well in the market.

The one on Sellers Path (the $419K one) is definitely a Harris Bay, not a Sandcliffe Corner (for one reason, it is between two other houses, has no second entrance, and it is the same elevation as us, so very recognizable :)

I was talking about a corner property. It has a sign board saying sold in 4 days .looks like this is a different one. Anyway thank you so much for letting me know where the actual property is.

Sorry for misunderstanding; nevertheless, the bottom line is that the Mainstreet Detached homes are selling quite well :) sounds nice...

Well it's crunch time for us kids... just got the call for our PDI, they scheduled it for August 27th, which only leaves them a few days to fix any problems... cutting it kind of close I guess.... Soooooo I would imagine a couple more of you should be expecting your calls in the next week or so as well....

when's your exact closing date Rob?

Were you going to use Andy's services?

I haven't been to the site since they locked us out :( I will probably try this sat, but we've requested an earlier closing date if possible

We close September 1st. We won't be moving in until the 11th though.

We are, for the 30 day, after speaking with him he talked me out of the pdi assist, but gave me some tips for it.

It's a timing thing with the lockout, we've been into the house every night this week. It you get there before 7:00-7:30 the houses are usually still open (at least ours has been). Our friend the security guard goes around locking the doors around 7:30.
