Has any one received a 'delayed' letter yet? We haven't, and I believe it is only a specific part of Vista that is delayed.

Carm and I drove past the street today, but they have it all blocked off. Does that mean they are starting to build soon?

Holy Molly... its been 2 months since the last post, and the street is nearly completed.

houses have windows and doors... shingled roofs, second floors... I am sure I have driven past a few Goochers over the past few weeks at the site... who, what and where is every body?

Hi everyone... this thread has kinda fallen by the way side

But now that there are actual people living on the street, and other houses closing daily... maybe more of our neighbors will say 'hi'?

I drove past our house today and noticed a family moving in. Its so exciting to have watched the development take shape, and now people are actually living in their new home... kinda cool.

Either way, we are looking forward to meeting everyone. We take possession of our house this thursday, but are not moving in till Sunday. Regardless, if you see us there stop by and say hi.

I'm not on Gooch but i'm not that far away either I just wanted to say i'm very excited for you guys to be only days away from your move in date! How exciting!! We visit the site often to see our own home in progress on Nunn so if you see a blue dodge dakota truck driving by slowly we'll wave and say hello!! It's nice to see some action developing on this thread. I had lost hope as there wasn't much activity the past couple of months. Congratulations on your upcoming move! I'm sure you're both very excited. We noticed that a family has already moved in couple of doors down from us last weekend. It's great to see the neighbourhood take shape. We are usually checking our place out on Sunday afternoons. If you see us, come on out and say hello. We look forward to meeting our new neighbours! Good luck with the move!

Laura & Jova - Congrats on your purchase. The street has come together pretty quickly and it's great to see everyone moving in. Please do stop by if you're in the area, we're at the other end of the street, 2nd house house in on the south side of the street. Looking forward to meeting you both.

Reg - Gooch Cres. is the first street off Pringle, after turning in from Tremaine. I'm not too sure if the sign is there, it was missing for some reason a few weeks ago and I'm not sure if it's been replaced.

just dropping in to say "hello"
we just bought a house on the new street just north of you guys .... Coombs Cres. (named after Mr. Dress Up). We were one of the first 18 houses released on the north side of the crescent, lot #9 Wood Lily elev. A
We close Nov. 25/2010, most of us are more or less closing around the same time. They have released another phase making their way down towards the south side of the crescent, with one more phase to go.
If our street will look anything like Gooch Cres. we will all be very happy! It's a georgeous area with the wood lot, and steps away from Kelso ... we feel (Coombs Cres.) very luck to be here in the near future.

Anyone knows who owns the #5 lot, the big one backing onto the ravine on Gooch Cres? Its weird, but it shows 2 #5 lots on the Mattamy map.
