Interesting observation.

FYI - I edited the map of what will be north of us. It should be easier to read. Its just the Intracorp development.

I better start getting in shape, I'm very rusty right now when it comes to mountain biking. I haven't rode my bike for 2 years, and my tires have gone flat. I've never snowboard, but I can ski somewhat...

Hello everyone,

Im curious as to whether any of the houses released were 43 foot spirit homes. If so does anyone know for a fact how much, if any, they increased in value?

Thanks,

Frank

From what I know, the release in Vista was for 36', 43' and 50' Widelot homes. No spirit homes were released. They usually put the spirit homes on the HVE area, south of Derry. But I could be wrong.

They have allowed spirit homes north of derry. You typically pay a 5K premium to do so and its only some lots. I live on Wettlaufer and when we bought, there were only 3 lots left on the street and I think you could put spirit there.. I think on pringle there are definitely some spirit homes that were built.

For the weekend release I never saw any pricing for the Spirits.

Yep, you are right, #1, no Spirits were released and none on the street as far as I know.

Drove to the site today - as close as I could get anyway. LOVING it! Trees are so gorgeous right now. And I think it's great how fast it is going to be to connect with Main Street. I am obsessed - I want to drive by every time I leave the house. This is going to be a long wait until closing.

Thanks, bmway.

We went with Morgan too. Betcha he's a busy man this week!
These upgrade decisions are gonna hurt. Might have to rock paper scissors to decide.

You mean you were given the upgrade sheet to look at, pinky? I'm so glad you guys got to go with your first choice plan! It will be good having you guys so close.
Anyone know who got lot #16 yet? I'm eager to hear who is next door to us.

Sorry, Sal. I don't mountain bike or snowboard (although might like to learn someday). I have some basic skiing skills that I'm looking forward to trying out again since I've been pregnant or had little babies the last couple winters.

Love the housecrawl idea, pinky.

Is this guy your Mr. Dressup? :)
#1, you might want to add "Blood" to your title: Coombs Crt. aka "Mr. Dressup" aka "Blood Test" LOL

Robert Royston Amos ("Robin") Coombs, (9 January 1921 – 25 February 2006), was a British immunologist, co-discoverer of the Coombs test (1945) used for detecting antibodies in various clinical scenarios, such as Rh disease and blood transfusion.
Coombs test (also known as Coombs' test, antiglobulin test or AGT) refers to two clinical blood tests used in immunohematology and immunology. The two Coombs tests are the direct Coombs test (also known as direct antiglobulin test or DAT), and the indirect Coombs test (also known as indirect antiglobulin test or IAT).

I agree, A&A. The one with Casey behind the couch almost made me fall off my couch!

And as for the upgrades, we NEED at least 80% of those. And that's not even a full list! ACK!

We're seeing Michael at 2pm tomorrow.

So can someone help me regarding the upgrades. What ones have to be given within 14 days?

Would love to learn to snowboard, Sal. Although, I'll admit, I'm quite afraid. Like your upgrades! Sounds great.
