Mattamy came over for our 1 year last week. The toilet in our main bathroom has not flushed properly since we have been living here. You need to hold the handle down on the toilet for everything to flush properly (and when I say hold down, I mean for at least 10 secs) and sometimes it still does not work.

Mattamy replaced some of the interior functions of the toilet and it was still doing the same thing. Another Mattamy worker came over and said we got an Energy Star toilet?

Was wondering if anyone else was lucky enough to get one??

All three of my toilets seem to act like bidet's! The water tends to splash out unless you ease the lever down.

That's fine for us who live in the home... But it sucks when we have guests over. Mattamy looked at the problem and reduced the amount of water in the bowl which seems to help a bit, but then not everything goes down in the first flush.
