We have a leak in the front of the house, it is going into my son's room. We have called 10 + roofing companys NONE will come out or call us back to do a roof repair
Smart Roofing just now told me its not worth there time to come to do a repair only new roofs.
SO is there anyone that can help me our house is only 5 yrs old and we are in a semi.
Honestly I feel like crying I am so frustrated!

Call your home insurance provider, and they'll have a roofer out there asap.
It's cost you your deductible, no more, no less.

BTW, it will be covered as long as a storm / wind damage caused the iniital problem.

We have used All-Can roofing, and were happy with their work.

They were actually repairing a neighbour's roof and noticed we had a large number of missing shingles, so they knocked on the door and dropped off a card, no pressure, not attempting to sell anything, just saying "we noticed you might have a problem, give us a call if you want to".

We knew we did have some shingles missing and we were heading into the really stormy season, and a previous roofing company were a little flaky, so I gave them a call.

Really nice guys, punctual, friendly, quick and clean, and they insist on showing the homeowner the work they did to confirm that it was done entirely and correctly. They also come back several months later to make sure that you are still happy with it, and to see if anything needs doing.

They also checked over the whole roof and noticed an area over our porch that was done badly by the builders, leaving exposed plywood. They fixed that as well at no extra cost.

I'd definitely recommend them.

Not on a shingle repair. They explained that they can't guarantee that we won't have a freak wind that will rip off shingles (especially the way Mattamy build homes, our backyard is like a wind tunnel, everyone is missing shingles!). I would imagine for a more in-depth repair they may offer some sort of warranty, but it wasn't something I discussed with them.
