We're in the middle of choosing the upgrades, it's a painful process...
We were wondering if anyone could clarify for us what is considered a "flight of stairs" for Upland - for instance, the stain is listed at $982 per flight of stairs: does that cover the stairs from ground floor to second floor, or just ground floor to great room?

I have the White Pine model which is the same layout as the Upland. It would be considered as two stair cases. We did the stain so multiply by two. The stain will cover from the top all the way to the basement level.
Looks really nice especially if you go with the rod iron pickets.

Universaltile, thanks, so it willl be almost 2K for the stain alone -that's kinda pricey.
Does that mean the price for all oak stairs, $2,627, will be multiplied by 2 as well? It doesn't say "per flight of stairs" there...
Thanks again.

We had a set price for the entire staircase for upgrading to oak or maple. So the cost would be your stain x2 plus the cost of the upgrade to oak. This was the most expensive upgrade for us when we chose.

It looks like it's the same for us, the all oak/maple upgrade quote is for all stairs. Big relief! Thank you.

I'm wondering what the name of the granite/quartz is for your kitchen countertops? It complements the dark burgundy cabinets quite well.

thanks,

I do not remember the granite name, I have to look into Upgrade sheet.

Thank you very much, we can't wait to move next week!
The cabinets are Frendel, the colour is avocado; backsplash as you said.
