I have contacted Loblaw and waiting for a reply.

I thought someone on here knew what it was, and was going to reveal what it was after 2 weeks, and that has passed now... hmmm..

I'm wondering, could it be a T&T?

I think it would about the right size.
I also was under the impression that somebody knew which store it would be... does anybody know?

Won't be a T&T as they tend to cater to an asian demographic which we dont have the population to support a specialty store at the moment. (But then again, I could be wrong)

It's gotta be a Sobey's... it's the only explanation I can think of as to why we get their flyer in the Champion. Wish it was a Longo's...

Sobeys is a competitor of Loblaw so it definitely won't be a Sobeys.

Sobeys flyer is in the Champion to try and entice you to drive to Acton I think ... which I've never understood myself (it's not like it's the Hyde House or anything).

There is actually a Sobeys on Upper Middle in Oakville and one on 9th line in Mississauga. Acton seems kinda far no?

I heard it was a price chopper opening beside the brick and bestbuy, Sobey's owns the land by home depot but have never built there. Do a search on these forums there are posts about those developments.

Finally, a cheaper altrenative for groceries that is colse to us.
Although I do shop at both WM and the Superstore, this is great that we will have something down the street for our neighborhood.

sweet...

I'm actually going to get more upgrades for our house because we know our monthly grocery bill won't be too bad...

20 bucks per month of savings can be like $4,000 in upgrades (when rolled into the mortgage)...

I'll admit it... maybe I love saving money more then the average person...

not because I'm broke...

but because I love travelling and love the idea of investing in our home! The lower the monthly expenses (like groceries), the more we will get to do the things we love!
