Depends on your lot size and size of pool. If you have enough room for a patio/deck and pool, I say go for it.

I also think it depends on your lot size. Check out the attached link as I posted some pictures of our pool that we had installed last year. This might give you an idea of what to expect.

If you don't mind, what was the cost of the pool and what size is it?

We have a good size lot but I want to incorporate a change house/outdoor bar area as well as still have some lawn for the kids to play on. I know there are 3 house with beautiful lots on the west side of Playfair...do any of these guys have pools?

I think you mean the ones on the west side of the street backing onto Main? If so, one of them (the one on corner of Playfair and Forbes) put in one very late last year and they still have oodles of space. Most of the other lots are not nearly as big so you would have to plan your space carefully.

it looks great....they're doing a great job on it. The lots across the street are the same size, if not larger some of them. I can't wait til they are finished with theirs, we can't wait to see how it turns out as well. But they will have a lot of space left over after the pool, as will we. It really depends not only on your lot size, but where on your lot your house is situated.

you're kidding me?!! What an April fool that was....long story...I sent you a PM.

Are you sure your lot is the same size as theirs?? Not to sound snobby..but I don't think so :) Their lot is huge, and it's a 70' lot....with the extra depth :) So though it may seem the same, I don't think it is.

Jessica :)
