Hello everyone,

We went to the site yesterday and here are some pictures of our lot ...
I know it's not much to look at but better than looking at a pile of dirt for now :)
FYI all the houses on our side of the street are pretty much at this stage.

This has got to be the quietest thread on this forum ...where is everyone??? we got the call for our exterior selection yesterday...we will be going this Saturday..which package did everyone else get to choose from???? We were among the last few to buy so not counting on getting a lot of options..
We went to the site yesterday but couldn't get closer to our lot we did see another family checking out their lot though...it was around 6pm I think..there is lots of activity on our street I am really excited :)

Hi Monakiki,

My wife and I were up there on Tuesday and saw that a our foundation was done. It's a tough street to get into with all the construction. We go on Sunday for our exterior selection. We are looking forward to it. It's nice to finally have things on the move.

We picked our brick package a couple weeks ago (and weren't crazy about the choices, but managed to find one that was ok).

With all this nice weather I would imagine they are now ahead of their "delayed" schedule.

Has anyone on our street received their invitation to Mattamy University yet?

We had our construction site visit last Tuesday. They just went through our upgrades and the construction process. It was also a chance to meet them and know who we can go to if there are any problems with our house. We also asked when they will start framing and they said in a couple of weeks. We also asked about Mattamy U but they didn't know too much but said we will probable being doing that in the next month or so.

our PDI is on the 20th - Closing on the 27th. The street looks great! Looking forward to meeting everyone in person. :D
