Nakerville Terrace
Plan 3B (Half Brick/Half Siding)
Selling for: $374, 7000

HOLY MOLY! We have the Plan 3C (All Brick) wonder how much that would go for now!?!?!?! Feels good to know how much they have gone up in price since we purchased back in March 2009.

Looks awesome! I wish they let us 34' Plan 4 have the super shower, it looks really nice.

Have you painted since you moved in or are those the builders colours in the kitchen and living room? If so what colour is it? I picked kitten white (supposed to be a gray colour), and i'm wondering if that is it?

[quote="JR154"]We have a plan 3 34' lot. Here are a couple pics of our place. We did the majority of our upgrades in the kitchen and master bathroom, so here are the pics to show that.

Very nice JR, well done! Love white kitchens but I was too chicken to go with it, we went for the peral instead. Now looking at yours, I wished I went full white...oh well, maybe when I build my mansion.

Hi JR,

Do you have any pics of the masterbedroom or dining room you could share?
Thanks!

So far we are doing one room at a time. We don't have much going on in the master bedroom at the moment. Trying to figure out our layout currently. As for the dining room, we aren't using that as a dining room quite yet and are trying to figure out how to use it also. Probably a sitting/social room.

i like the idea of one room at a time, i'm overwhelming myself! hahaha

Just wondering if anybody can post a picture of the laundry room.
Is it a double stacked washer/dryer?

I moved my laundry to the basement and made the closet into a pantry. I love it!

We relocated the Laundry to the basement as well, and the original location of the laundry is now a nice pantry.

Keeping the Laundry in its original location is TIGHT! Stackables is your only option and there is no room for anything else (ie. Hanging clothes to dry, no room to separate whites from your colours etc...) Keep in mind you would basically be doing your laundry in the Kitchen!

The wall where the fridge runs comes out a lot further leaving the space where the basement door, garage door, and laundry room door very tight.
