I guess home owners across the country are not cutting their 3 foot tall grass.

We have only ourselves to blame.

Crap! I had better cash out the remaining equity in my home while I still have it! Honey, we’re buying an RV and taking the kids to Disney land!

If only they interviewed you to counter the experts claims.

So called "experts" have been incorrect in the past. They just guess better than I do. :o

Will they drop? Quite possibly, but then again, who knows. Everyone thought they would drop during the Financial Crisis and the homes in TO continued to rise and bidding war's continue to errupt.

If anything for Milton, they will probably continue upwards as it is all about location and supply and demand. When it comes down to it, they can only build up (condo's) in Mississauga, and Oakville demands a 15 to 25K premium over Milton. So, Milton is the next best possible location, along with Burlington in the West.
Milton is close to a number of different transportation routes in/out of the GTA that makes it a prime location.

thats the kind of speculation that real estate agents thrive on when they come visit you to give you a free no-obligation listing appraisal
