You can get any of your 3 floors raised to 9 feet (at least in phase 13 you could) but you need to let them know during your structural appointment.

As Matt says, it was an option for those of us in Phase 13. We did the 9 foot basement. You should know that the cost is substantial - over $11K.

There are rumblings that Mattamy may no longer be offering this upgrade.
