Please when homeowners schedule an appointment, please phone and cancel if not ready but it is annoying when you show up to a job and zero posts are ready and zero communication from the home-owners. We do have other homeowners to schedule in and could have placed them in your rotation if not ready!

Most people do phone and I thank-you!
