FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
2010 JUNO NOMINATED BOBS & LOLO BRING THEIR LIVE SHOW TO ONTARIO
SEPTEMBER 13, 2010 – VANCOUVER BASED CHILDREN’S ENTERTAINERS TAKE THEIR AWARD-WINNING MUSIC ON THE ROAD FOR A SERIES OF FAMILY CONCERTS IN ONTARIO
Robyn Hardy (Bobs) and Lorraine Pond (LoLo) are still pinching themselves after all the high notes they've hit over the last year. With a recent Parents' Choice Gold Award, 2010 Juno nominee honours and regular spots on Canada's national preschool network, Treehouse TV, Bobs & LoLo are quickly becoming household names with families across the country. Now this self-managed, westcoast children's music duo is taking their live show on the road. Bobs & LoLo will soon take to the stage in the Ontario communities of Guelph, London and Brampton for some action packed, musical adventures that the whole family will enjoy.
What do the performers have to say?
Bobs: “We’re super excited to perform for families in Ontario. We’ve had such a great year with our recent Juno nomination and the ongoing video play on Treehouse TV...being able to travel & share our music with families across the country really shows how far we’ve come in the last few years.”
LoLo: “We’re really looking forward to our mini-tour in Ontario. We receive emails and Facebook messages daily from families asking us when we'll be travelling east, and I don't think the timing for this tour could be better. Our main goal now is to get the word out that we're heading to town to make sure that the kiddie mosh is rockin' for every show!
Bobs & LoLo will be performing at the River Run Centre in Guelph on October 31 (2pm), the Aeolian Hall in London on November 6 (11am & 2pm) and the Lester B. Pearson Theatre in Brampton on November 7 (2pm). All tickets are $15.
