I gotta say that I have full faith in Wilson/Burke team and think that these 2 will land us our first Stanley cup since the mid of last century.

I do hope you're being sarcastic. :)

Not at all. But I should have been more clear by saying they will land us our first Stanley cup in a couple of years. Not this year for sure.

I'm predicting that Toronto will loose yet another first round pick to Boston this year and that'll be two top lottery picks that will go to Boston in two years and Boston will eventually go on to win the cup before Toronto as a result. :)

You speak very negatively about the Leafs, but I bet you are a huge fan of them and make an effort to watch all their games. :P

I'm excited for the new season and that they can start on a clean slate with some more scorers to help Kessel, most notably Versteeg. The goalie situation seems interesting. I feel more comfortable with Giguere in there, but who knows what Gustavsson can bring.

I use to be. In all honesty I can count on one hand how many times I watched them last year. Same as the year before. Sure I hope they win, I've been a Leafs fan all my life. If they start winning I'll start watching more. Band-wagonist? Perhaps. But why watch garbage?

I couldn't agree more, they have no offence.
