There was a huge rectangular blue/white blow up pool hanging on a hydro pole on Louis St. Laurent about dinner time last night. It was still blown up and looked quite funny hanging on the pole. The hydro guys came and cut it down, but left it hanging on the fence by the sidewalk. It was still there earlier today. Just West of Fourth line.

That wind was crazy - My umbrella from my patio set lifted straight up and out of the table, then caught wind and smack into my house with a massive thud. Thank goodness it didn't do it near a window because it would have 100% gone through it...

I drove by and saw this as well and had to pull over and snap a picture.

It just so happens we're starting a new ongoing photo blog on the newly relaunched MiltonSearch.com called 'Shutterbug' -- this was a perfect first entry.

I've also included the photo below. Too bad for the pool owner, but at least this thing didn't land on any moving cars on LSL... It would have been entertaining to see it flying through the air, however.

If anyone doubted the power of that wind on Friday...that should prove it was POWERFUl. I found some of my lawnsigns that were damaged a few blocks away.

Whoosh.
