We had ours today and it went well. Few minor issues which we were expecting but nothing concerning.

We had no exterior caulking done yet but were told by the rep that it was delayed to the stucco. So most likely they'll finish up this or early next week.

sbd: I think your house doesn't have exterior caulking either probably due to the same reason.

Probably on 23rd ... However the only concerns is that we have not ordered window coverings yet and were told it could take 3-6 weeks. So we'll probably debate whether to move earlier and use something to cover the windows or wait till we get the coverings.

Our PDI went well last Thursday. Just some minor issues to take care of.

Our PDI last Thursday went ok too, a few issues we hope they resolve before our closing this Thursday.

15 months of waiting & I can't believe this is the final week !!!
We are very excited for Thursday. See you all soon :D

It is very exciting!

We were at the property for few hours and already had someone knocking on the door selling a product. We'll get many of those in the coming days. Get ready :)

Congrats everyone ....

I got the mailbox key from the mail office but the person didn't know the box or the slot#. Have you find yours? I see few mail boxes on our street, not sure if they are numbered by house# or not.

We haven't got our mailbox key yet - sorry I can't help, but our last Milton mailbox key was just a #,
it was not coordinated with our home address #.
I think the box will be located in front of lot #16 across the street.
