Can anyone recommend a good place to get a good looking and tasting cake for a communion?

Indeed La Rose Italian Bakery is the best place to go. We too ordered our kids Holy Communion cake from there. The cost was reasonable for a quarter pound but it was HUGE....and very tasty/fresh........

Try Simply Chocolate in Oakville (www.simplychocolate.ca). They make amazing cakes. We got our wedding cake made there, as well as many family birthday cakes, and everyone always raves about how good it is. They are a little on the pricey side, but you definately get what you pay for.
